Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.

1 Scope

This standard gives exit and entry inspection and quarantine industry standards (hereinafter referred to as SN standard) system revision quality control requirements, management responsibilities, Quality control objectives and measures, as well as quality inspection and improvement measures.

This standard applies to the SN standard from the project to the release process of the parties concerned on the standard quality control and improve the upgrade.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Standard quality qualityofstandards the degree to which the standard's inherent characteristics meet the requirements of the standard stakeholders.

Standard levelofstandards Standard management methods specified in the advanced level of detection technology, or the level of indicators of tactile.

Quality control Operating techniques and activities taken to meet quality requirements.
