1 Scope

This standard specifies the foods enestroburin residues in liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.

This standard applies to cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, grapes, citrus, rice, corn, soybeans, shrimp, pork, honey, tea enestroburin Determination of residues and confirmation.

3 Method summary

The sample enestroburin extracted with acetonitrile, using matrix dispersive SPE purification agent, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometer, outside Standard method.

4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.

4.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.

4.2 formic acid. Chromatographic pure.

4.3 Methanol. chromatographically pure.

4.4 sodium chloride.

Ammonium acetate 4.5. HPLC grade.

4.6 anhydrous magnesium sulfate (MgSO4).

4.7 N- secondary amine (PSA) sorbent. diameter of 40µm ~ 60µm.

4.8 octadecylsilane (ODS) bonded phase adsorbents (C18). particle diameter of 40µm ~ 60µm.

4.9 Dispersive Solid Phase Extraction agent.200mgMgSO4 (4.6), 100mgPSA (4.7), 100mgC18 (4.8).

4.10 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.3854g ammonium acetate (4.5), with the amount of water dissolved, 1mL formic acid (4.2), plus Water volume to 1000mL, and mix.

4.11 enestroburin Standards. Enestroburin, CAS number. 238410-11-2, purity of greater than or equal to 90%.

4.12 enestroburin standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of reference material, formulated with methanol (4.3) to a concentration of 1.0mg/mL standard Quasi stock solution, this solution was transferred to the reservoir bottle stored at -18 °C 6 months.

4.13 intermediate standard solution. Imbibe right amount enestroburin standard stock solution (4.12) in 50mL volumetric flask, diluted with methanol and concentrated Intermediate standard solution degree of 10µg/mL, and this solution was transferred to reservoir bottle stored at -18 °C 6 months.
