SN/T 3656 "import and export of dangerous chemicals to test technical specifications" is divided into seven sections.
--- Part 1. Explosives;
--- Part 2. Gas;
--- Part 3. Flammable liquids;
--- Part 4. flammable solids, spontaneously combustible materials and flammable when wet;
--- Part 5. oxidizers and organic peroxides;
--- Part 6. Acute toxicity;
--- Part 7. corrosive substances;
This section SN/T 3656 Part 3.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This section proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
Introduction
With the social development and technological progress, dangerous chemical species will also be increasing, "List of Hazardous Chemicals" in our existing published (2002 edition) has more than 3800 kinds of different types of hazardous chemicals, which covers safety regulations has become even more widespread. Meanwhile, the United Nations' Off in the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations "(TDG) and the" Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling "(GHS) for hazardous chemicals and other goods transportation, packaging and labeling are also relevant requirements, and hazardous chemical species given clearly defined. Flammable liquids in accordance with the United Nations "Off in the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations "are classified as Class 3 dangerous goods, including both crude oil and bulk class strategic commodities, but also package Including perfume, paint and other consumer goods, import and export volume, high risk. In March 2011 the State Council issued the "management of dangerous chemicals Ordinance "[State Council Decree 591] defined the inspection and quarantine departments are responsible for the import and export of hazardous chemicals and their packaging implementation of the inspection. In order to ensure Inspection and quarantine related business effectively, regulate the import and export of dangerous chemicals inspection procedures need to be developed in this section.
This part can be used as the basic requirements for hazardous chemicals detection of flammable liquids, or flammable liquids can be used as the development of specific product testing standard the quasi guidance documents to ensure that the series of standards harmonization.
