1 Scope

3 Method summary

Sample remaining Cyflumetofen and its metabolites with acetonitrile - water (91 volume) extracted with ethyl acetate - n-hexane mixed Solution (19 volume) extract, was concentrated, purified by column carbon graphite by liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometer, external standard peak area Product quantification.

4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.

4.11 o-trifluoromethylbenzoic acid standard substance. English name. 2- (Trifluoromethyl) benzoicacid; CAS number. 433-97-6 Molecular Type. C8H5F3O2, purity >=95%.

4.12 standard stock solution. Weigh accurately take the right amount of each standard substance with acetonitrile - formulated in a concentration in the aqueous mixed solution (23, volume ratio) 100mg/L standard stock solution, and this solution at 0 °C ~ 4 °C preservation, can be used for six months.
