Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Instead of the standard SN/T 0548-1996 "export inspection of soy sauce." this standard compared with SN/T 0548-1996, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- The original standard name "export inspection of soy sauce" to "the inspection of import and export soy sauce";

--- Expand the scope of this standard to import soy sauce;

--- Covering the import and export of soy sauce general inspection requirements;

--- Deletion of the GB 2717 "soy sauce health standards", GB/T 5009.39 "soy sauce health standards for analytical methods" and GB 18186 "stuffed Test items made sauce "outside, including water content, total sugar and reducing sugar, nitrate and nitrite tests and the corresponding attachment Record A, Appendix B, Appendix C;

--- Increased inspection cyclamate, chloropropanols other projects.

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the import and export of soy sauce sampling, testing, evaluation of results, substandard goods processing.

This standard applies to the import and export of soy sauce test.
