--- Refine the immunofluorescence test methods;

--- Refine the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction detection method;

--- Increased hemagglutination content;

--- Modify the IgM capture ELISA substrate reaction time was 30min ~ 35min;

--- Remove the complement fixation test.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the separation of eastern equine encephalitis virus and western equine encephalomyelitis, immunofluorescence assay, RT-PCR test, Hemagglutination inhibition test, IgM capture ELISA and technical requirements and decreases in plaque tests.

This standard applies to the entry and exit of animals eastern equine encephalitis and western equine encephalomyelitis quarantine.
