Foreword

SN/T 1843 "Importers measurement, control and laboratory inspection of electrical equipment" is divided into the following four parts.

This section SN/T 1843 Part 4.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

The partial replacement of SN/T 0731-1997 "exit insulation resistance meter testing procedures", this section compared with SN/T 0731-1997, the main to be amended as follows.

1 Scope
