1 Scope

This part of SN/T 1766 specifies the use of high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of diflubenzuron and triflumuron in fat-containing wool.

(triflumuron).

This section applies to the determination of the above two benzoylurea pesticide residues in fat-containing wool.

3 Method summary

The sample was extracted with n-hexane-diethyl ether mixed solvent, and the extract was purified by methanol extraction and neutral alumina solid phase extraction column.

The chromatograph of the detector was performed by high performance liquid chromatography and quantified by an external standard method.

4 Reagents and materials

4.1 Methanol. Chromatographically pure.

4.2 Acetonitrile. chromatographically pure.

4.3 Ethyl acetate. chromatographically pure.

4.4 Mixed solvent of n-hexane and diethyl ether (volume ratio 2.1). Prepared by chromatography or analytically pure n-hexane and analytically pure diethyl ether.

4.5 Reference materials.

--- Diflubenzuron standard. purity >= 99.9%;

--- Triflumuron standard. purity >= 99.9%.

4.6 Mixed standard stock solution. Diflubenzuron and triflumuron standards were prepared with acetonitrile in a mixed standard stock solution of 100 µg/mL, refrigerated save.

4.7 Mixed standard working solution. dilute the standard stock solution of diflubenzuron (4.6) with acetonitrile to 0.0µg/mL, 1.18µg/mL, 2.36µg/mL, 4.72µg/mL, 7.08µg/mL, 9.44µg/mL and 11.8µg/mL series of standard working solutions, the standard stock solution of triflumuron was diluted with acetonitrile to 0.0 µg/mL, 1.15 µg/mL, 2.30 µg/mL, 4.60 µg/mL, 6.90 µg/mL, A series of standard working solutions of seven concentrations of 9.20 µg/mL and 11.5 µg/mL.

4.8 Solid phase extraction column. neutral alumina column (1000 mg).

4.9 Ultrapure water.
