1 Scope

This part of SN/T 1766 specifies the determination of propetamphos, diazinon, and dimethionine in fat-containing wool by gas chromatography.

In addition to linear phosphorus (dichlofention), fenchlorphos, coumaphos, chlorpyriphos, chlorpyrifos (chlorfenvinphos) and other seven organophosphorus pesticides multi-residue method.

This section applies to the determination of the above seven organophosphorus pesticide residues in fat-containing wool.

3 Method summary

The sample was extracted with n-hexane-diethyl ether mixed solvent, and the extract was purified by methanol extraction and neutral alumina solid phase extraction column.

The gas chromatograph of the detector was subjected to chromatographic analysis and quantified by an external standard method.

4 Reagents and materials

4.1 Methanol. pesticide residue level.

4.2 Acetone. chromatographically pure.

4.3 Ethyl acetate. chromatographically pure.

4.4 Mixed solvent of n-hexane and diethyl ether (volume ratio 2.1). Prepared by chromatography or analytically pure n-hexane and analytically pure diethyl ether.

4.5 Reference materials.

--- Acetophene (propetamphos) standard. purity >= 95.8%;

---diazinon standard. purity >= 99.5%;

--- In addition to line phosphorus (dichlofention) standard. purity >= 97.2%;

--- fenchlorphos standard. purity >= 99.3%;

---Coumaphos standard. purity >= 99.8%;

--- Chlorpyriphos standard. purity >= 99.8%;

--- chlorfenvinphos standard. purity >= 94.0%.

4.6 Mixed standard stock solution. Each organic phosphorus standard was formulated into 500 µg/mL mixed standard stock solution with acetone and stored in cold storage.

4.7 Mixed standard working solution. Dilute standard stock solution (4.6) with acetone to 0.0µg/mL, 0.2µg/mL, 0.5µg/mL, A series of standard working solutions of seven concentrations of 1.0 µg/mL, 1.5 µg/mL, 2.0 µg/mL, and 2.5 µg/mL.
