Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 this standard replaces SN/T 1255-2007 (Basic Provisions for the Preparation of Technical Standards for Inspection and Quarantine of Entry and Exit Animals).

Compared with SN/T 1255-2007, the main technical changes except the editorial modification are as follows.

--- Revised the normative reference file guide (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Added "terms and definitions" (see Chapter 3);

--- Modified the name of "Element Composition and Order" (see Chapter 5, Chapter 4 of the 2007 edition);

--- Revised the preface of the informative overview elements, the introduction of the introduction (see 6.3, 6.4, 2007 version 5.3, 5.4);

--- Revised the scope of normative general element standard scope, normative reference documents (see 7.2, 7.3, 2007 version 6.2, 6.3);

--- Revised the expression of terms and definitions (see 8.1, 2007 version 7.1);

--- Modified the names and expressions of "symbols, codes and abbreviations" (see 8.2, 2007 version 7.2);

--- Revised the expression of quarantine methods (see 8.4.1, 2007 version 7.4.1);

--- Revised the expression of the normative appendix (see 8.5, 2007 version 7.5).

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration.

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the preparation of technical standards for inspection and quarantine of entry and exit animals, the composition of standards, the layout and preparation of articles.

Rules.

This standard applies to the preparation of technical standards for inspection and quarantine of entry and exit animals.

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T.20000.1 apply to this document. For ease of use, the following is repeated GB/T.20000.1 part of the terms and definitions.
