Foreword

Accordance with the standards GB/T 1.1-2009. Drafting Rules "Standardization Guide Part 1 standard structure and preparation of" given.

Instead of the standard SN/T 0329-1994 "export chemical analysis of zinc sulfate monohydrate." this standard compared with SN/T 0329-1994, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Change the standard name (formerly referred to as "a chemical analysis of water zinc sulfate export", is now the "import and export zinc sulfate analytical chemistry law");

--- Expanding the scope of application (formerly "export zinc sulfate monohydrate" is now the "Import and Export zinc sulfate");

--- Improve the EDTA standard titration solution concentration is calculated parameter descriptions (3.4.2 of this standard);

--- Integrated formula Zinc Sulphate [1994 version of the formula (2) and (3), this standard formula (2)];

--- Modified iron, manganese, lead concentrations (1994 version 3.2.2.3, this atomic absorption spectrophotometry of cadmium content in the mixed standard solution Standards 4.1.2.7);

--- Modified atomic absorption spectrophotometry determination of iron, manganese, lead, cadmium added content analysis step mixed standard solution (1994 Version 3.2.4, the first paragraph 4.1.4 of this standard);

--- Increasing the measurement method (second paragraph 4.1.4 of this standard) over the highest point of the standard solution measured element concentration;

--- Perfect formula of iron, manganese, lead and cadmium content of [1994 edition of the formula (4), this standard formula (3)];

--- Increased iron, manganese, lead, cadmium second measurement method. inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (this standard 4.2);

--- Adds a second method Determination of Arsenic. hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry (this standard 5.2).

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.

This standard was drafted. People's Republic of China Hunan Exit Inspection and Quarantine.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the method of analysis of the import and export of zinc sulfate.

This standard applies to the main content of the import and export of zinc sulfate and determination of impurity elements iron, manganese, lead, cadmium, arsenic content in. Main content measurement range.

> 90%; lower limit of detection of impurity elements. iron 10mg/kg, manganese 10mg/kg, lead to 10mg/kg, cadmium 1mg/kg, arsenic 0.1mg/kg.

3 Determination of zinc sulfate content

3.1 Method summary

After dissolving a sample of water, was added acetyl acetone, ascorbic acid and potassium iodide elimination of aluminum, iron, cadmium and other impurities interference and acetic acid - sodium acetate buffer Impulse control solution pH of the solution is 5 to 6, xylenol orange as indicator, Standard Solution into with disodium edetate (EDTA) Line titration endpoint color from purple to bright yellow.

Under assay conditions, the calcium, magnesium and aluminum 1mg titration solution; 4mg cadmium; 0.5mg of iron on the determination of non-interference; quantitative and manganese EDTA complex, the methods employed in the method of deducting the amount of manganese zinc sulfate obtained main content.

3.2 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade or more, test water should comply with GB/T 6682 provisions of secondary water requirements.
