This is Part 1 of the series on simulation test scenario requirements for automated driving systems, and it deals with unmanned delivery vehicles. Simulation testing checks a driving system in a virtual environment instead of on the road, and the part sets out the requirements for the test scenarios used for this vehicle type.

Developers of automated driving systems and unmanned delivery vehicles, simulation software suppliers, test laboratories and operators of delivery fleets can use it. The standard is voluntary (code with /T). The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved it; it was issued on 28 April 2026 and takes effect on 28 April 2026. It is a new standard. Part 2 of the series covers unmanned minibuses.
