1 Scope

This standard stipulates the basic principles, construction specifications and management norms for the construction of metal materials e-commerce platform.

This standard applies to third-party spot electronic commerce officially registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China and engaged in metal materials business services.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Metal material

A general term for a metal-based material or a metal-based material composed mainly of a metal element. Mainly including steel, iron, aluminum, copper, zinc, etc.
