Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces SB/T 10473-2008 "General Rules for the Acceptance of Infant and Children's Clothing", and SB/T 10473-2008 "Infant and Child Clothing Manufacturers" the main changes in the "Inspection and Acceptance" are as follows.

--- Supplementary normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2008 edition);

--- Revised the scope of application of infant clothing, and changed to infant clothing products for 36 months and below (see Chapter 1, 2008 edition) Chapter 1)

--- Increased marketing procurement management requirements (see Chapter 3);

--- Revised the product acceptance management requirements, deleted the acceptance check flow chart (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the 2008 edition);

--- Increased the requirement that no metal needles should remain in the finished product (see 5.2.1.6);

--- Increased the intrinsic quality acceptance of infant clothing products (see 5.3);

--- Added Appendix A "Infant and Child Clothing Goods Acceptance Management Management Account" (see Appendix A);

--- The original Appendix A was changed to Appendix B, and the infant clothing commodity inspection project with floc fiber as filler was added (see Appendix B, Appendix A of the 2008 edition.

Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex.

Appendix B of this standard is a normative appendix.

This standard is managed by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.

This standard was jointly proposed by the Commercial Technology Quality Center and the China National Commercial Association's Needle Cotton Textile Product Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center (Tianjin).

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the marketing procurement management requirements for infant and children's clothing products, the acceptance management requirements for goods and the quality acceptance technology for goods.

Claim.

This standard is applicable to the acceptance inspection of commercial and apparel enterprises for infants and children's clothing products of 36 months and below.
