Introduction

In recent years, with the advancement and development of China's judicial system reform, the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) the number is increasing year by year, and the ability and quality of the appraisal organization are valued by the industry authorities and the society pays close attention. Capability verification it has gradually become an effective means for quality assessment by the competent authorities of the industry, accreditation bodies, accreditation bodies and users of the appraisal results.

In.2012, the national standard GB/T 27043 "General Requirements for the Verification of Conformity Assessment Capability" was issued and implemented, which specified the capability test.

Forensic DNA Identification Capability Verification Implementation Guide

1 Scope

This standard gives the design of the forensic DNA identification verification program, the provision of proficiency testing items, the selection of identification methods, and the ability.

Guidance on assessment, proficiency testing reports, operations, communication with participants, and confidentiality verification of the information database.

This standard applies to the organization, implementation and management of the forensic DNA identification capability verification program.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 27043-2012 apply to this document.

Identification forensicexamination Use science and technology or expertise in litigation activities to identify and judge specific issues involved and provide judgmental meaning Activities seen include sampling/sampling, testing/inspection, results analysis or comparison, results description, and compliance judgment.
