Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is the refinement of GB/T 23331 application in the non-ferrous metals industry.

This standard is one of the series of standards for energy management system certification.

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration.

This standard was drafted. Introduction

The non-ferrous industry is an important energy-consuming industry in China. The main types of energy are electricity, followed by coal, and the others are coke, crude oil and natural.

Gas, gas, refined oil, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, bioenergy and other energy sources converted directly or through processing. Industry energy See Appendix A for basic consumption.

The purpose of this standard is to regulate the energy management process of non-ferrous metals enterprises, involving mining of non-ferrous metals enterprises (open air, wells) Bottom), beneficiation, smelting, and processing; adopting a systematic approach to enable non-ferrous metals companies to achieve energy goals and improve energy performance. At the same time, this standard the certification body shall provide a unified and standardized basis for non-ferrous metal enterprises to carry out energy management system certification.

This standard is based on GB/T 23331-2012 "Energy Management System Requirements", combined with the energy use and management of non-ferrous metal enterprises Developed according to the situation. The basic framework of this standard is consistent with GB/T 23331-2012. Within the basic framework, Specific requirements for energy management in chromo-metal companies.

Non-ferrous metals companies can apply this standard in combination with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems.

This standard does not specify specific energy performance guidelines for non-ferrous metals companies, nor does it provide detailed management system design specifications.

Non-ferrous metal enterprises may seek certification from third-party certification bodies for their energy management systems in accordance with this standard, and may also conduct self-evaluation.

Refer to this standard when confirming compliance with self-declaration and seeking parties.
