QC/T 614-1999 is the English-translated version of A型通孔式嵌装塑料螺母.
QC/T 614-1999 is a recommended standard of the Chinese automobile industry for the through-hole embedded plastic nut of type A. It specifies this nut, which is seated in a prepared through hole in a panel and then takes the screw.
Its scope is the type A through-hole plastic nut used where the connection is made with a tapping screw. The standard took the place of ZB T31032.2-1988 and quotes GB/T 5280-1986, QC/T 326-1999 and QC/T 618-1999. Issued on 5 November 1999, it has applied since 1 July 2000.
