QC/T 48-2013 is the English-translated version of 汽车电喷汽油机汽油滤清器总成技术条件.
QC/T 48-2013 is a recommended standard of the Chinese automotive industry for the petrol filter assembly of engines with an electronically controlled injection system.
It sets out the technical requirements for the assembly, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions on marking, packaging, transport and storage.
The scope is bounded by the volumetric flow rate of the assembly, which the standard uses to identify the filters it covers. It quotes GB/T 2828.1, QC/T 918-2013 and ISO 12103-1-1997, the last of these supplying the test dust.
It replaces the 1992 edition, QC/T 48-1992. Issued on 25 April 2013, it has applied since 1 September 2013.
