4.1 General

4.2

4.2.1 The outer dimension, axle load and quality limits shall comply with the provisions of GB 1589.

4.2.2 Operational safety shall comply with the provisions of GB 7258.

4.2.3 Side guards and rear lower guards shall comply with the provisions of GB 11567.

4.2.4 External lighting and light signal devices shall comply with the provisions of GB 4785.

4.2.5 Body reflective markings should comply with the provisions of GB 23254.

4.2.6 The braking performance of granular grain bulk vehicles shall comply with the provisions of GB 7258.

4.2.7 Accelerated vehicle exterior noise should comply with the provisions of GB 1495.

4.2.8 Welding parts should meet the requirements of JB/T 5943.

4.2.9 The paint coating shall comply with the regulations of QC/T 484; the electroplating coating shall comply with the regulations of QC/T 625.

4.2.10 The exposed parts must be treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, and its quality requirements should meet the requirements of QC/T 625.

4.2.11 Under no-load and static state, the maximum roll stability angle for tilting to the left and right shall not be less than 35°.

4.2.12 The residual rate of open-type grain grain bulk vehicles is not more than 0.0250%, closed grain grain bulk vehicles and tank grain grain The remaining rate of grain bulk vehicles is not more than 0.020%, and it should be able to be cleared.

4.2.13 The granular grain bulk trailer shall comply with the provisions of this standard, and the granular grain bulk semi-trailer shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 23336.

Granular grain bulk drawbar trailers shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 17275.

4.2.14 The hydraulic system of granular grain bulk vehicles unloaded by hydraulic self-unloading method shall meet the requirements of QC/T 825, and the maximum The error between the lift angle and the design does not exceed ±1.5°.

4.2.15 The surface protective layer of the materials in the contact part of grain bulk vehicles and grains shall not pollute the grains.

4.3 Compartment

4.3.1 The compartment volume should ensure that when the vehicle is fully loaded, the cargo loading height should be at least 60mm lower than the compartment railing (the density of granular grain According to 0.55t/m3~0.82t/m3).

4.3.2 The strength and rigidity of open cargo compartments and closed cargo compartments of granular grain bulk vehicles shall comply with the provisions of JT/T 389.

4.3.3 The offset between the longitudinal beam symmetry plane and the chassis longitudinal symmetry plane within the full length of the compartment of granular grain bulk vehicles No more than 5mm.

4.3.4 The symmetry tolerance of the symmetry plane of the left and right longitudinal beams of the granular grain bulk vehicle compartment to the longitudinal center line of the compartment floor is not greater than 3mm.

4.3.5 The carriage beam on which the lifting hydraulic cylinder is installed shall be perpendicular to the plane of symmetry of the carriage, and the verticality tolerance shall not be greater than 3mm.

4.4 Tank

4.4.1 No obvious unevenness is allowed on the inner and outer surfaces of the tank.

4.4.2 Keep the tank under the pressure of 0.1MPa for 5 minutes without damage or permanent deformation.

4.4.3 A working platform shall be provided on the upper part of the tank body, and the platform shall have anti-skid function. When the height of the platform from the ground is greater than 2m, the Fixed or collapsible guardrails should be provided.

5.1 Basic performance test

The basic performance test of granular grain bulk vehicles shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of QC/T 252.

5.2 Mandatory inspection

The size, axle load, mass, lighting and light signal devices, side and rear protection, acceleration noise, etc. of granular grain bulk vehicles, etc.

The test method shall be carried out according to the relevant mandatory standards.

5.3 Weather tightness

Close the doors and windows of the compartment reliably, the rainfall intensity is 5mm/min~7mm/min, the direction is at an angle of 45° to the vertical, and the rainfall time is not less than 30min, observe the leakage in the compartment.

5.4 Strength and stiffness tests

5.4.1 The strength and rigidity test of the open cargo compartment and the closed cargo compartment granular grain bulk vehicle body shall be carried out in accordance with JT/T 389-2010 appendix Test according to the provisions in Appendix A.

5.4.2 After the tank body of the tank-type granular grain bulk truck is finished, close the discharge port, Inflate to 0.1MPa, keep the pressure for 5 minutes, and observe the deformation of the tank.

5.5 Remaining rate test

6.1 Factory inspection

6.1.1 Each product should be inspected before leaving the factory, and it can leave the factory only after passing the inspection and issuing a certificate of conformity.

6.1.2 The ex-factory inspection shall carry out the appearance test, the airtightness test of the box body and the strength test of the tank body.

6.2 Type inspection

6.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations.

a) When a new product or an old product is transferred to a factory for trial production;

b) When production is resumed after the product has been discontinued for three years;

c) When the normal production output accumulatively reaches 1,000 vehicles;

d) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance;

e) When there is a major difference between the factory inspection and the type inspection.

6.2.2 For type inspection, if it belongs to the two cases of a) and b) in 6.2.1, it should be carried out according to the content specified in Chapter 4 and the relevant national regulations inspection; in the case of c) in 6.2.1, the special performance shall be inspected; in the case of d) and e) in 6.2.1, only the Affected items are inspected.
