QC/T 1104-2019 is the English-translated version of 12角头耐热螺栓.

QC/T 1104-2019 is the Chinese automotive industry standard defining 12-point head heat-resistant bolts for high-temperature joints on vehicles. The document gives the bolt type and dimensions, the technical conditions and their reference standards, and the numbering used to identify the product.

It is limited to bolts with M5 to M12 threads, material properties designated SB, product grade TA and a working temperature below 700 °C. 1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the type, size, technical conditions, number of 12-point head heat resistant bolts for automobiles.

1.2 This standard is applicable to 12-point head heat resistant bolts for automobiles, which have thread specifications of M5 ~ M12, material properties abbreviated as SB, product grade of TA, working temperature below 700 °C.
