Scope
QC/T 1013-2015 is the English-translated version of 转向器输入轴用旋转轴唇形密封圈技术要求和试验方法.
The Chinese automotive industry recommended standard QC/T 1013-2015 deals with rotary shaft lip-type seals fitted to the input shaft of a steering gear. It sets the technical requirements for these seals and the test methods that go with them.
The seals it addresses are those of the hydraulic power steering gear input shaft, and the same provisions are extended to the input shaft seals of mechanical and electro-hydraulic power steering gears.
It is applied with GB/T 528, GB/T 531.1, GB/T 1682, GB/T 1690, GB/T 3512, GB/T 5719, GB/T 7759, GB/T 9877, GB/T 13871.1, GB/T 13871.4 and GB/T 14273. Issued on 14 July 2015, it has applied since 1 January 2016.
