NB/T 31048.3-2014 is the third part of the winding wire series for wind turbine generators and deals with rectangular copper wire wrapped in polyester film-backed mica tape.
It lays down the technical requirements for this wire and the inspection rules used to verify it. The part applies to the mica-taped rectangular copper wire of wind turbine generators and equally to the form in which a film wrapping is placed beneath the polyester film-backed mica tape.
GB/T 4074.2-2008, GB/T 4074.3-2008, GB/T 4074.5-2008, GB/T 5019.9, GB/T 13542.4 and GB/T 13542.6 are quoted in it, along with the general rules of NB/T 31048.1-2014. Issued on 18 March 2014, it has applied since 1 August 2014.
