NB/T 31028-2012 is the English-translated version of 风电场工程安全预评价报告编制规程.
NB/T 31028-2012 is the recommended energy industry standard that governs how the safety pre-assessment report of a wind power project is to be prepared. It applies to grid-connected onshore wind farms and to offshore wind farms alike, whether the project is a new build, a renovation of an existing site or an extension of one.
