NB/T 31027-2012 is the English-translated version of 风电场工程安全验收评价报告编制规程.
NB/T 31027-2012 is the Chinese energy industry standard that governs how the safety assessment report is written when a wind power project is completed. It covers the preparation of that report for grid-connected onshore wind farms and for offshore wind farms.
It applies to newly built projects as well as to the alteration and extension of existing ones. The work is carried out with reference to GB 6441, GB/T 12801, GB/T 13861, GB/T 15236, GB 18218, AQ 8001, AQ 8003 and AQ/T 9002, alongside the quantity and unit standards GB 3100, GB 3101 and GB 3102. Issued on 23 August 2012, it has applied since 1 December 2012.
