NB/T 25016.1-2013 is the opening part of the Chinese energy industry series that governs the manufacturing supervision of conventional island equipment for nuclear power plants, and it carries the general rules.

It sets out the general technical requirements for supervising the manufacturing process of that equipment, which the following parts then narrow down to single families of machines.

Because it is the general part, it speaks to the conventional island equipment manufacturing process as a whole rather than to one product. GB/T 19000 is the document it calls up.

It is a recommended standard of the National Energy Administration. Issued on 8 June 2013, it has applied since 1 October 2013.
