NB/T 20375-2016 is the English-translated version of 核电厂安全重要热电偶温度计.
NB/T 20375-2016 is the Chinese energy industry standard for thermocouples important to safety in nuclear power plants. It covers the design, the materials, the manufacture, the testing, the calibration, the inspection and the supervisory inspection of safety related thermocouple thermometers.
It is written for nuclear power plants, and the thermocouple thermometers of other nuclear facilities may take it as a reference. Left outside are the design, material selection and structural requirements of the installation sleeve, the guide tube, the compensating cable and the associated temperature transmitter or bridge.
It is a modified adoption of IEC 62651:2013, it replaces EJ/T 660-1992, and it cites GB/T 4989, GB/T 7166, GB/T 12727, GB/T 13625, GB/T 16839.1, GB/T 16839.2 and GB/T 18404. Issued on 5 February 2016, it has applied since 1 July 2016.
