Scope
NB/T 11536-2024 is the English-translated version of 煤矿带压开采底板井下注浆加固改造技术规范.
NB/T 11536-2024 is the Chinese energy industry specification for reinforcing and retrofitting the coal seam floor by underground grouting where coal is mined above a confined aquifer.
It covers scheme design, including borehole layout, borehole structure and the design of the grouting works, then drilling, grouting and hole sealing, followed by effect testing, completion acceptance and effect evaluation.
Terms such as final grouting pressure and final pumping rate are defined, and the water inrush coefficient of the working face decides whether full floor grouting or targeted exploration is required.
Coal mines apply it together with the Detailed Rules for Coal Mine Water Prevention and Control. Issued on 24 May 2024, it has applied since 24 November 2024.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.
1 Scope
This document specifies the design of underground grouting reinforcement and reconstruction scheme for coal mine floor under pressure mining, drilling and grouting construction, effect inspection and engineering inspection. Technical requirements for collection, etc.
This document is applicable to underground grouting reinforcement and grouting transformation of the bottom plate of coal mines with pressure mining.
2 Normative references
The contents of the following documents constitute essential clauses of this document through normative references in this document.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Mining above confined aquifer
Coal mining in an aquifer with confined water pressure.
3.2 Final grouting pressure
The pressure of slurry input into the grouting hole at the end of grouting.
3.3 Side distance
The minimum safe distance between the controlled range of the outermost water exploration drilling hole and the tunnel wall.
3.4 Final pumping rate
Final grouting volume final pump volume.
The flow rate of the grouting pump at the end of grouting.
4 Grouting reinforcement renovation scheme design
4.1 General
4.1.1 When performing underground grouting reinforcement and reconstruction of the floor of a coal mine under pressure mining, the relevant provisions of the "Detailed Rules for Coal Mine Water Prevention and Control" should be implemented.
4.1.2 When the water inrush coefficient of the coal mining face is greater than 0.1 MPa/m, the face should be reinforced by full floor grouting.
When the water inrush coefficient is less than or equal to 0.1MPa/m and greater than 0.06MPa/m, the exploration of structural fracture zones and drilling and geophysical anomaly areas should be carried out.
