Scope

NB/T 11522-2024 is the English-translated version of 采掘机械用刀具装置.

NB/T 11522-2024 is the Chinese energy industry standard for the cutting tool devices fitted to coal shearers and roadheaders, each assembled from a pick and a tooth holder, with a tooth sleeve and retaining ring added where space allows.

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and composition, requirements, test methods, inspection and Inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document applies to tool devices used in coal mining machines and tunneling machines.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15663.10-2008 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Sleeve

A part installed in the gear seat hole to protect the gear seat.

3.2 Retaining ring

An axial positioning part installed on the groove on the outer surface of the gear sleeve.

3.3 Tooling device

It is assembled from two parts. the pick and the tooth seat. If space permits, a tooth sleeve can be added to the tooth seat and fixed with a retaining ring.
