NB/T 10532-2021 is the English-translated version of 露天煤矿土地复垦质量监测技术规程.
NB/T 10532-2021 is the Chinese energy industry standard that sets out how the quality of reclaimed land at opencast coal mines is monitored once soil reconstruction work is finished.
It lays down the general requirements, the work process, the preparation stage, how the reclamation area is divided into monitoring units by dump type and intended land use, the monitoring indicators and methods, and the outline of the monitoring report.
Informative annexes give a survey form for the current state of reclamation, an indicator system, a method for placing monitoring points and a report template. Other kinds of land reclamation monitoring may refer to it. Issued as a first edition on 7 January 2021, it has applied since 1 April 2021.

1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, work flow, preparation phase, monitoring unit, monitoring indicators, Monitoring methods and monitoring report drafting outlines.
This document is applicable to the monitoring of land reclamation quality in open-pit coal mines, and other types of land reclamation quality monitoring can refer to this document.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in TD/T 1036-2013 apply to this document.
3.1 Reclamation area of opencast coal mines
Opencast coal mine reclamation area of opencastcoalmines Objects of land reclamation for open-pit coal mines.
Note: Mainly include internal and external dumps, temporary land, etc.
3.2 Land reclamation quality
The land damaged by production and construction activities and natural disasters has undergone remediation measures. The level of peace has reached the level of availability. [Source: TD/T 1036-2013, 3.2]
3.3 Monitoring of land reclamation quality
In the open-pit coal mine reclamation area where the soil reconstruction project has been completed, the monitoring activities of the land reclamation quality and its change trend are carried out.
3.4 Monitoring unit
The monitoring area is divided according to the type of open-pit coal mine reclamation area and the direction of reclamation land use.
