Scope

NB/T 11261-2023 is the English-translated version of 煤矿冻结孔施工及质量验收规范.

NB/T 11261-2023 governs the drilling of freezing holes used when coal mine shafts are sunk by the ground freezing method, and how those holes are accepted. Construction preparation covers drilling rig foundations, selection of rigs, inclinometers and correction tools, drill tower erection, the mud circulation system and mud preparation.

The drilling clauses address setting out, spudding, drilling, inclination surveys, deviation prevention and correction, and compiling survey data. Quality limits apply to hole depth and spacing, deviation, annular space filling and green construction, followed by acceptance rules separating main control items from general items.

An annex gives the original construction record sheet. Issued on 26 May 2023, it has applied since 26 November 2023.
