NB/T 10522.1-2021 is the English-translated version of 矿用自动控制防水闸门第1部分：机械装置.

NB/T 10522.1-2021 is Part 1 of the Chinese energy industry series on automatically controlled waterproof gates for mines, and it deals with the mechanical device of the gate.

It gives the classification, marking and model designation, the technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules, and the marking, packaging, transport and storage of the gate, with references to boiler and pressure vessel steel plate, weld preparation, ultrasonic weld testing, thermal spraying and anti-corrosion of shaft equipment.

Annexes show the gate structure and system layout, list nominal pressure ratings with main specifications and model parameters, illustrate the pressure cylinder and set the inspection items.

It applies to roadways with a cross-section of 5.0 m² to 21 m². Issued on 7 January 2021, it has applied since 1 April 2021.

NB/T 10522 "Automatic Control Waterproof Gate for Mining" is divided into four parts.

--- Part 1: Mechanical devices;

This part is Part 1 of NB/T 10522.

This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of NB/T 10522 stipulates the classification, Marking, model, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements.

This part applies to the roadway with a cross-sectional area of 5.0m²~21m².

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Waterproof gate

waterproofdoor A mine waterproofing facility with a door is set up to prevent sudden water gushing underground in the area where the underground may be threatened by water damage.

3.1.1 Automatically controlled waterproof gate

Waterproof gate with local control, remote control and emergency functions.

3.2 Remote control

The control terminal (industrial computer) is located on the ground, and the control mode of opening and closing is completed through the network.

3.3 Local control

It can realize the control mode of on-site manual operation.
