Scope
NB/T 10074-2018 is the English-translated version of 水电工程地质测绘规程.
The specification NB/T 10074-2018 is a recommended Chinese energy industry standard on engineering geological mapping for hydropower projects. It applies to the engineering geological mapping work carried out for such projects, the survey stage in which the geology of a dam or plant site is recorded on plan.
It replaces DL/T 5185-2004, the earlier electric power specification on the same work, and so carries that subject over into the NB/T series. Its Chinese classification is P59 and its international classification 27.140.
It quotes GB 50287, DL/T 5127 and DL/T 5351. Issued on 29 October 2018, it has applied since 1 March 2019.
