Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

This document replaces LY/T 1703-2020 "Comprehensive Energy Consumption of Solid Wood Flooring Production", LY/T 2551-2015 "Comprehensive Energy Consumption of Bamboo Flooring Production" LY/T 2073-2012 Comprehensive Energy Consumption in the Production of Impregnated Paper Laminated Wood Flooring, LY/T 2919-2017 Comprehensive Energy Consumption in the Production of Wood Plastic Flooring Energy Consumption", LY/T 3164-2019 "Comprehensive Energy Consumption of Bamboo-Wood Composite Laminated Flooring Production", and LY/T 1703-2020, LY/T 2551-Compared with LY/T 2015, LY/T 2073-2012, LY/T 2919-2017, and LY/T 3164-2019, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Part of the scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, LY/T 1703-2020, LY/T 2551-2015, LY/T 2073-2012, LY/T 2919-2017, Chapter 1 of LY/T 3164-2019);

b) Added definitions of wood and bamboo flooring products, comprehensive energy consumption, comprehensive energy consumption per unit of output and comparable comprehensive energy consumption per unit of output (see Chapter 3, 3.1-3.4);

c) The definitions of direct production, indirect production, auxiliary production system and subsidiary production system of wood and bamboo flooring products have been changed (see 3.5~ 3.8, LY/T 1703-2020, LY/T 2551-2015, LY/T 2073-2012, LY/T 2919-2017, Chapter 3 of LY/T 3164-2019);

d) Changed the classification index of comparable comprehensive energy consumption per unit of production of wood and bamboo flooring products (see Chapter 4, LY/T 1703-2020, LY/T 2551-2015, LY/T 2073-2012, LY/T 2919-2017, Chapter 4 of LY/T 3164-2019);

e) Changed the grading requirements for wood and bamboo flooring, changing the indicators of "excellent, good, qualified" to level 1, level 2, and level 3 (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of LY/T 2551-2015);

f) The calculation method of comprehensive energy consumption of wood and bamboo flooring has been changed (see Chapter 6, LY/T 1703-2020, LY/T 2551-2015, Chapter 5 of LY/T 2073-2012, LY/T 2919-2017, LY/T 3164-2019);

g) The correction coefficient and revised value of solid wood flooring have been changed (see Table 2 in Chapter 6, 5.4 of LY/T 1703-2020);

h) The output and temperature correction factors of wood plastic flooring have been changed (see Table 2 in Chapter 6, 5.5 of LY/T 2919-2017);

i) Changed the length, width and thickness correction factors of bamboo flooring and impregnated paper laminated wood flooring to size correction factors, and Merger of temperature correction coefficients (see Table 3, 5.5 of LY/T 2919-2017);

j) The structural correction factor of bamboo flooring has been deleted (see 5.5 of LY/T 2551-2015 and 5.4 of LY/T 2073-2022);

k) Changed the energy consumption test and measurement requirements for wood and bamboo flooring products (see Chapter 7, LY/T 1703-2020, LY/T 2551-2015, LY/T 2073-2012, LY/T 2919-2017, Chapter 6 of LY/T 3164-2019).

1 Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of comprehensive energy consumption in the production of wood and bamboo flooring products, and stipulates the comparable energy consumption per unit output of wood and bamboo flooring products.

Comprehensive energy consumption classification, statistical scope and statistical methods of comprehensive production energy consumption, calculation principles and methods of production energy consumption, testing and Measurement requirements, etc.

This document applies to solid wood flooring, solid wood composite flooring, bamboo flooring, impregnated paper laminated wood flooring, wood plastic flooring and bamboo wood composite laminate Calculation and assessment of production energy consumption of wood and bamboo flooring and other wood and bamboo flooring product manufacturers, as well as energy consumption control of new construction and renovation and expansion projects.
