Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces LY/T 2073-2012 "Comprehensive energy consumption in the production of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring". Compared with LY/T 2073-2012, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed the contents of the terms of the normative reference documents, and added the normative reference document LY/T 2394 "Forestry Enterprise Energy Calculation Management Regulations for Measuring Instruments (see Chapter 2);

b) Changed the content of terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2012 edition);

c) Delete the definition of basic energy consumption per unit output of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring production (see 3.3 of the 2012 edition);

d) Added the definition of comparable comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring production (see 3.3);

e) Changed the definition of direct production (see 3.4);

f) Changed the definition of indirect production (see 3.5);

g) Changed the definition of auxiliary production (see 3.5.1);

h) Changed the definition of subsidiary production (see 3.5.2);

i) Changed the indicator range of the graded value of comparable comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring (see Table 1);

j) Changed the range of the length correction factor (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2012 edition);

k) Changed the width correction factor (see Table 3, Table 3 of the 2012 edition);

l) The thickness correction factor has been changed (see Table 4, Table 4 of the 2012 edition);

m) Changed the temperature correction coefficient (see Table 5, Table 5 of the 2012 edition);

n) Delete the annual production correction factor (see Table 6, Table 6 of the 2012 edition);

o) Changed the requirements for energy measuring instruments (see 6.1.1);

p) Deleted the table of reference coefficients for conversion of various energy sources into standard coal (see Table A.1 of the 2012 edition);

q) The standard coal conversion table for commonly used energy and energy-consuming working fluids has been added (see Table A.1).

1 Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of comprehensive energy consumption for the production of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring, and specifies the comparable comprehensive energy consumption per unit output.

Level indicators, calculation methods and principles, energy consumption testing and measurement requirements.

This document is applicable to the calculation and index assessment of the production comprehensive energy consumption of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring enterprises.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated references for documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 15102, GB/T 18102 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

During the statistical reporting period, the amount of various energy actually consumed by enterprises for the production of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring was converted into standard coal sum.

During the statistical reporting period, the ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption in the production of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring to the output of qualified impregnated paper laminated wood flooring in the same period.

The impregnated paper laminated wooden floor conforms to the length L>=1820mm, the width b is.200mm< b<=225mm, and the thickness h is 9mm< h<=12mm, monthly average temperature T range is 20°C< T<=35°C and other basic conditions, to produce 1m2 qualified impregnated paper laminated wooden floor the amount of energy consumed.
