4.2.1 Ordinary solid wood hanging board

4.2.2 Functional solid wood hanging board

a) Anti-corrosion and insect-resistant solid wood hanging boards, CCA wood preservatives are restricted;

b) Flame-resistant solid wood hanging boards. Indoor wood hanging boards are limited to formaldehyde and solvent-based flame retardants and flame retardant coatings.

c) Heat-treated solid wood hanging boards.

5.1 Specifications and their deviations

5.1.1 Specifications

Common specifications. length..2000-6000mm, width. 50-180mm, thickness. 9-25mm.

5.1.2 Dimensional Deviation

The dimensional deviation of solid wood hanging boards shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

5.2 Appearance quality

5.2.1 The appearance quality of solid wood hanging boards with a width of less than 120mm shall meet the requirements of Table 2.

5.2.2 In the appearance quality of wood hanging board width greater than 120mm, the diameter of knots per meter length is allowed to increase by 10mm, and the number of knots is doubled.

5.3 Physical and chemical properties

The physical and chemical properties of solid wood hanging boards shall meet the requirements of Table 3.

6.1 Appearance quality

The sample is inspected block by block, and the appearance quality is determined according to 5.2.

6.2 Specifications

6.2.1 Length

Measure with a rigid tape measure to the nearest 1mm.

6.2.2 Width

Measure the width with a tape measure to the nearest 1 mm.

6.2.3 Thickness

Measure the thickness with a caliper to the nearest 0.1 mm.

6.3 Physical and chemical properties

6.3.1 Water content

Tested in accordance with 4.3 of GB/T 17657-2013.

6.3.2 Anticorrosive performance

According to GB/T 23229-2009 and GB/T 33021-2016 specified drug loading and penetration measurement methods.

6.3.3 Flame retardant properties

The solid wood hanging boards for external walls are tested in accordance with GB/T 8624-2012, and the solid wood hanging boards for internal walls are tested according to GB 50222-2015.

Provision for testing.

7.1 Inspection classification

Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

7.1.1 Factory inspection

Factory inspection items include.

a) appearance quality;

b) specifications and dimensional deviations;

c) Water content.

7.2 Type inspection

Type inspection items shall be inspected no less than once a year during normal production.

7.2.1 Appearance quality

Adopt the normal inspection two sampling plan in GB/T 2828.1, the inspection level is II, the acceptance quality limit (AQL) is 4, and the appearance quality is sampled See Table 4 for schemes and judgment principles.

7.2.2 Specifications and Dimensional Deviations

7.2.3 Limit of harmful substances

Sampling inspection of moisture content, hazardous substance limit and fire resistance of solid wood hanging boards shall be based on the samples that pass the appearance quality and specifications.

Randomly selected. If a certain indicator fails in the initial sample inspection, it can be re-inspected once, and the sample is doubled in the same batch of products to fail.

Items for re-inspection. After the re-inspection, all the batches of products are judged to be qualified; if one item is still not qualified, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. Moisture content See Table 6 for the sampling plan for the limit inspection of hazardous substances.

7.3 Comprehensive judgment

When the product appearance quality, specification size, moisture content, hazardous substance limit and fire resistance performance are all qualified in the factory and type inspection, the the batch of products is qualified, otherwise it is judged as unqualified.

8.1 Packaging

The products shall be packed separately according to the product category, specifications and grades when leaving the factory. The packaging must be protected from bumps, scratches and stains. Packing Demand can also be negotiated between supply and demand.

8.2 Identification

On the packaging or packaging label, there should be the manufacturer's name, address, trademark, product name, implementation standard number, specifications, grade, quantity and precautionary measures.

Tide, sun protection, etc.

8.3 Transport and storage

Products should be stacked flat during transportation and storage to prevent contamination and must not be exposed to moisture, rain and exposure. Storage should be by category, specification, the grades are stacked separately, and each pile should be marked accordingly.
