GB/T 11917-2009, GB/T 18259-2018 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document. For ease of use, use Some of the terms and definitions in GB/T 11917-2009 and GB/T 18259-2018 are repeatedly listed below.
Wood residue
Residual materials produced during the harvesting, timber making, and wood processing (such as branches, treetops, roots, bark, tree pockets, Nut shells, slabs, slats, wooden blocks, wood frustums, sawdust (sawdust), wood flour, broken veneer, wood core, wood shavings, corner scraps, etc.).
Logging residue
Residues during tree cutting operations (such as branches, treetops, roots, leaves, bark, tree pockets, nut shells, etc.).
Bucking residue
Residues of wood and slivers during the manufacturing process.
Processing residue
Substances remaining in the processing of wood and its products (such as slabs, slats, wood blocks, wood frets, sawdust (sawdust), wood flour, broken pieces Veneer, wood core, wood shavings, leftovers, etc.).
Branch
Branches or branches spawned from the trunk of a tree.
Treetop
Tip of tree trunk.
Slab
The cross-section of the curved sapwood cut from the log is a chord-cut plane connected with the arc of the outer edge of the log.
[GB/T 11917-2009, definition 2.45] 3.8 Slat strip Residual material cut out of sawn timber according to a certain size.
Sawdust
Particulate matter produced during the sawing process of wood.
3.10
Wood flour
A powdery substance produced by sanding or pulverizing wood and its products.
3.11
Broken veneer rounding Due to the irregular shape or deviation of the center of the wood segment, the irregular shape and insufficient width of the wood segment at the beginning of the rotary cutting A piece of veneer with a circumference that is shorter than the length of the wood segment.
[GB/T 18259-2018, definition 3.1.71] 3.12 Wood core the remainder of the log after it has been cut.
3.13
Particle
Sheets, rods, and granules of certain shapes and sizes processed by wood or non-wood plant fiber raw materials A collective term for scrap.
[GB/T 18259-2018, definition 3.3.32] 3.14 Edge angle surplus material Excess parts of wood and its products that have been cut and cut during the production of articles or processing.
4 Classification
Divided into three categories according to the operation method.
a) Harvesting residue
b) Remaining materials
c) Processing residue
5 Requirements
The requirements shall meet the requirements in Table 1.
Table 1 Wood residue requirements
Classification type requirements Logging residue Branches, treetops when the diameter is less than 3cm, the length is not limited;
When diameter >=3cm ~ 8cm, length < 1m Unlimited tree roots, leaves, bark, tree pockets, husks, etc.
Wood Residue
When the length is less than 0.5m, the diameter is not limited;
When the length is >=0.5m ~ 1m, the diameter is less than 8cm Processing residue Slats GB/T 153-2009, GB/T 4817-2009, LY/T 1352-2012 other than the specified size Plate skin bow height <=3cm, unlimited length Broken veneer LY/T 1599-2011, GB/T 13010-2006, GB/T 35217-2017 other than the specified size Wood core diameter <=6cm the truncated length of sawn timber is <=0.5m, the width and thickness are <=500mm Unlimited for shavings, sawdust (sawdust), wood flour, wood blocks, leftovers, etc.
6 Inspection method
6.1 Harvesting residue
6.1.1 Branches and treetops
6.1.1.1 Dimensions
The length is measured in meters, measured to centimeters, those who are less than centimeters are discarded, and the direct measurement is taken at the shortest distance between the two sections.
The diameter is measured in centimeters and measured in millimeters. The method of measuring diameter shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of GB/T 144-2013.
6.1.1.2 Sampling
Lot size and sample size are in tons or cubic meters, and 0.5% of the sample size is drawn by a simple and random method.
6.1.2 Tree roots, leaves, bark, tree pockets, nut shells, etc.
Confirm visually.
6.2 Residues of construction materials
6.2.1 Dimensions
Implement in accordance with the provisions of 6.1.1.1.
6.2.2 Sampling
Implement in accordance with the provisions of 6.1.1.2.
6.3 Processing residue
6.3.1 Laths and skins
6.3.1.1 Dimensions
The slab size inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of GB/T 4822-2015.
The size of the skin is measured in millimeters and measured to the millimeter. The maximum length is measured in the direction of the grain.
Measure the height of the bow vertically at 1/2 of the degree.
6.3.1.2 Sampling
Lots and sample sizes are in tons or cubic meters, and 0.5% of the sample size is taken by a simple and random method.
6.3.2 Broken veneer
6.3.2.1 Dimensions
Measure the maximum length in millimeters along the grain direction, and measure the maximum width perpendicular to the length direction.
6.3.2.2 Sampling
Lots and sample sizes are in tons or cubic meters, and 0.5% of the sample size is taken by a simple and random method.
6.3.3 Wood core
6.3.3.1 Dimensions
Implement in accordance with the provisions of 6.1.1.1.
6.3.3.2 Sampling
Implement in accordance with the provisions of 6.1.1.2.
6.3.4 Saw timber truncation
Perform in accordance with 6.3.2.
6.3.5 Wood blocks, sawdust, wood flour, wood shavings, leftovers, etc.
Confirm visually.
7 Decision principles
According to the inspection results of this standard, if the relevant type meets the requirements of the corresponding type specified in Table 1, it is determined to meet the type of residue. No Then, it is determined that it does not meet the type of residue.
