This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces LY/T 2072-2012 "Comprehensive Energy Consumption in Wood Drying Production". Compared with LY/T 2072-2012, except for structural adjustment in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The content of the scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2012 edition);

b) Delete the definition of basic energy consumption per unit output of wood drying production (see 3.3 of the 2012 edition);

c) Added the definition of comparable comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of wood drying production (see 3.3);

d) Delete the basic energy consumption classification per unit output (see Chapter 4 of the 2012 edition);

e) Added the grading index of comparable comprehensive energy consumption per unit output (see Chapter 4);

f) Deleted the material density correction factor (see 5.4.3 of the 2012 edition);

g) Delete the annual production correction factor (see 5.4.6 of the 2012 edition);

h) Changed the tree species correction factor (see 5.5.1, 5.4.1 of the 2012 edition);

i) Changed the wood moisture content correction factor (see 5.5.3, 5.4.4 of the 2012 edition);

j) The thickness correction factor has been changed (see 5.5.4, 5.4.5 of the 2012 edition);

k) Deleted auxiliary production and auxiliary production energy consumption (see 6.2.6 of the 2012 edition);

l) Deleted the data processing method (see Chapter 7 of the 2012 edition);

m) The standard coal coefficient for energy conversion has been changed (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 2012 edition).

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 153, GB/T 4817, GB/T 6491, GB/T 15035 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

During the statistical reporting period, the wood drying production enterprises used in the whole process of wood drying production (direct production, indirect production) actually consumed each the physical quantities of various kinds of energy are converted into standard coal respectively according to the prescribed calculation method.

induction

The ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption of wood drying production to the output of dry qualified wood during the statistical reporting period.

In the wood drying production process, the material is broad-leaved tree wood, the wood moisture content w is 28% < w <= 31%, and the thickness h is 20mm< h<=30mm, and the monthly average temperature T interval is 20°C<=T< 35°C and other basic conditions, the consumption of dry 1m3 qualified wood amount of energy.
