Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting:

This document replaces LY/T 1897-2010 "Technical Regulations for Larix Plantation Forest Management in North China": Compared with LY/T 1897-2010, except Apart from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Deleted the normative references "GB/T 15783" and "GB/T 18337.3" (see Chapter 2 of the:2010 edition);

--- Added normative references "GB/T 8822.10" and "LY/T 1690-2017" (see Chapter 2);

---Deleted the term "forest management, public welfare forest, high-quality wood, medium wood, inferior wood and auxiliary wood" and its definition (see the:2010 edition - Chapter 3), the term "target diameter" and its definition are added (see Chapter 3);

--- Added general requirements (see Chapter 4), changed the age classification (see 4.2, 9:1 of the:2010 edition);

---No distinction between public welfare forests and timber forests (see Chapter 6, Chapter 8 and Chapter 9, 5:1, 7:1 and 9:1 of the:2010 edition);

--- Changed the technical requirements for low-quality and low-efficiency forest improvement (see 10.2, 10:1 and 10:2 of the:2010 edition);

--- Added "business supervision and effectiveness evaluation" and changed the corresponding content (see Chapter 12, Chapter 12 of the:2010 edition):
