3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 4897 apply to this document.

Comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production Refers to the actual consumption of particleboard production enterprises in the whole process of particleboard production (direct production, indirect production) during the planned statistical period the physical quantity of this energy is converted into the sum of standard coal according to the prescribed calculation method.

Direct comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production the comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production in the direct production system during the same statistical period.

Indirect comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production the comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production in the indirect production system during the same statistical period, including auxiliary production energy consumption and auxiliary production energy consumption.

Specific yield comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production the ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production to the output of qualified particleboard during the same statistical period.

Comparable comprehensive energy consumption for unit output of particleboard in the process of particleboard production, the annual production of particleboard is.200 000 m3<= M <250 000 m3, and the monthly average temperature is 20°C<=T< the amount of energy consumed to produce 1m3 qualified particleboard when the product thickness is 13 mm<H<=20 mm at 35°C.

Direct production

Activities or operations directly related to particleboard production, including raw material preparation, particle preparation, particle drying, screening, sizing, paving, Production processes such as hot pressing and post-processing.

Indirect production
