3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

Raw materials for vegetable tannin Also known as vegetable tanning material, the plant used to produce tannin products is derived from various parts of the plant, such as bark, husk, fruits, leaves and wood.

Yuganzi bark embed leafflowers bark Yuganzi is a deciduous shrub or small tree of the genus Phyllanthus. Common Yuganzi (Phyllanthus emblica) L.), P.hainansis Merr., P.Parvifolins Buch-Ham., Whose bark is used to produce Sweet pecan gum.

Myrica bark box myrtle bark Myrica esculenta Buch (-Ham.) Is the bark of Myrica Myrica.

Cassia.

Acacia mangium bark

The bark of Acacia mangium Willd, a species of evergreen tall acacia, is used in the production of Acacia mangium Willd.

Oak bowl valonea

Mainly the shell bucket of Quercus variabilis Bl. Or Quercus acutissima carr. Both shells are bowls Shape, commonly known as the oak bowl. The shell has many bracts on the outside, commonly known as bowl spines. Used for the production of rubber bowl rubber.

4 Technical requirements

The technical indicators of Yuganzi bark should meet the requirements of Table 1. The technical index of barberry shall meet the requirements of Table 2. Horse Acacia Bark the technical indicators should meet the requirements of Table 3. The technical specifications of the oak bowl shall meet the requirements of Table 4.

5 Sampling

5.1 Sampling rules

No less than 5 bags shall be sampled for each batch of tannin raw materials under 100 bags; 101 ~ 500 bags shall be no less than 10 bags; 2501 Above the bag is calculated according to formula (1).

nx 3.0>= ... (1)

In the formula.

x--number of sampling bags;

n--the number of bags of raw materials for each batch of capsules.

5.2 Sampling method and sample preparation

5.2.1 Pour each bag of samples out of the stockpile according to the pour-out method. Use a quartering method to reduce the sample to 2 kg.

1083 performs sampling and sample preparation.

5.2.2 The oak bowl (about 2 kg) is reduced to 500 g by quartering. Samples after acorns and impurities are removed, and then sampled according to LY/T 1083.

And sample preparation.

6 Test method

6.1 Appearance

Observe visually.

6.2 Moisture

According to LY/T 1083.

6.3 Total extract

According to LY/T 1083.

6.4 Tannin

According to LY/T 1083.

6.5 Total colors

According to LY/T 1083.

6.6 Acorn

The oak bowl sample was reduced to about 500 g by quartering, and weighed (accurate to 0.1 g). The acorns were picked and weighed in a container. Acorn quality the quantity score G1 is calculated according to formula (2).

= 11 x

In the formula.

m1--mass of acorn, unit is gram (g);

m--the total mass of the sample in grams (g).

The result is reported to one decimal place.

6.7 Impurities

The remaining sample after measuring the acorn content was sieved with a 2.0 mm diameter circular hole sieve. Move the upper part of the sieve non-destructively into the enamel pan and choose the foreign matter except the oak bowl is combined with all the sieve matter and weighed in a container. The impurity mass fraction G2 is calculated according to formula (3).

In the formula.

m2--mass of impurity, unit is gram (g);

m--the total mass of the sample in grams (g).

The result is reported to one decimal place.

7 Acceptance rules

7.1 The raw materials of tannin in the same carrier are a batch.

7.2 Each batch of tannin raw materials shall meet the requirements of this standard.

7.3 The raw materials of tannin extract shall be used as the basis for grading according to the technical indicators.

7.4 If there is a dispute between the supplier and the buyer on the grading of the raw materials, the two parties can jointly sample 3 copies according to this standard, save 1 copy each, and another 1 Qualified inspection agencies conduct arbitration inspections in accordance with this standard.

8 Packaging, storage and transportation

8.1 Yuganzi bark, Myrica rubra bark, Mazhan acacia bark, etc. are chopped to less than 100 mm in length and packed in packaging bags.

8.2 The raw materials of tannin are stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and are stored in bulk to avoid moisture and pollution.

8.3 It should be protected from rain and moisture during transportation.
