Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.
This document replaces LY/T 1121-2010 "Garden Machinery Electric Chain Saw". Compared with LY/T 1121-2010, except for structural adjustment and in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed the name of the file from "Garden Machinery Electric Chainsaw" to "AC Electric Chainsaw";
b) The scope of application of the document has been changed, and the two types of "DC chainsaw" and "AC-DC dual-purpose electric chainsaw" have been deleted [see the 2010 edition 4.1, 5.1.4b)];
c) Changed the content of normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2010 edition);
d) Deleted the "function code" in the model compilation method (see 4.2 of the 2010 edition);
e) Changed the applicable ambient air temperature for electric chain saws (see 5.1, 5.1.2 of the 2010 edition);
f) The performance requirements and inspection methods of the electric chain saw with the specification "450 (18")" have been added to the performance of the whole machine (see Table 1 and Table 2);
g) The content of requirements and inspection methods for "mechanical and electrical energy efficiency" has been added (see 5.2.2);
h) The requirements and inspection methods for the "current" of electric chain saws are deleted (see 5.7.2, 6.6 of the 2010 edition);
i) Changed the requirements for "saw chain linear speed" (see 5.2.3, 5.2 of the 2010 edition);
j) The requirements and inspection content of "handle vibration" have been added (see 5.4.2);
k) Added the requirements and inspection content of "immunity" in electromagnetic compatibility (see 5.4.3);
l) The requirements and inspection content of "restricted substances" have been added, and relevant requirements have been added to the marking and instructions for use (see 5.4.5);
m) The requirements and inspection content of "reliability and durability" have been added (see 5.5);
n) The requirements and inspection content of "assembly quality" have been added (see 5.7);
o) Changed the content of "packaging" (see 6.3, 8.2 of the 2010 edition);
p) Deleted the content of "inspection rules" (see Chapter 7 of the 2010 edition).
