Foreword

LY/T 1070-2004 "Unsaturated Polyester Resin Decorative Wood-based Panel" is divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. Technical conditions;

--- Part 2. Test methods.

This part is the second part of LY/T 1070-2004 "Unsaturated Polyester Resin Decorative Wood-based Panel".

This part replaces LY/T 1071-1992 "Test Method for Decorative Plywood of Unsaturated Polyester Resin".

LY/T 1070-2004 compared with the previous version of the standard, the standard name changed from "unsaturated polyester resin decorative plywood" to "unsaturated poly Ester resin decorative wood-based panel; important technical changes are. technical conditions in addition to the requirements for unsaturated polyester resin decorative plywood, increased Unsaturated polyester resin decorative medium density fiberboard, unsaturated polyester resin decorative hardboard, unsaturated polyester resin decorative particleboard and no the requirements for saturated polyester resin decorative blockboard, etc.; the test method also increased the project accordingly.

In this part of the test method, the test methods such as paint adhesion, formaldehyde emission, impact resistance and the corresponding reference documents are added.

This section replaces LY/T 1071-1992 from the date of implementation.

This part is proposed and managed by the National Standardization Technical Committee for Wood-based Panels.

1 Scope

This part of LY/T 1070 specifies the size of the unsaturated polyester resin decorative wood-based panel defined by LY/T 1070.1-2004.

Test method for measurement and performance.

This section applies to the measurement of the size and dimensions of unsaturated polyester resin decorative wood-based panels.
