Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces JG 139-2001 "Hung glass curtain wall support device", compared with JG 139-2001, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modify the scope of application of the hanger (see 1, 2001 version 1);

--- Modify the definition of the term "hanging glass curtain wall" "hanger" and add terminology of mechanical properties (see 3, 2001 version 3);

--- Revised the name code and tag example of the movable hanger, and added the main specification parameter representation of the hanger (see 4, 2001 edition)

--- Increased material implementation standards for hangers and materials used for backing plates (see 5, 2001 version 5);

--- Increased the size of the aluminum ring requirements, hanger appearance requirements, the relevant provisions of the machined parts and castings, hanger selection design principles (See 6, 2001 version 5);

--- Modify the requirements of the surface roughness, the contact area between the clamp plate and the glass, the tolerance grade of the thread, and the surface corrosion resistance Erosion performance requirements and mechanical performance requirements (see 6, 2001 version 5);

--- Removed the hanger adjustment requirements (see version 5.4.2 of the 2001 edition);

---Increase appearance detection method, product size and allowable deviation detection method, surface corrosion resistance test method and perforation Hanger test method (see 7);

--- Modify the test content of the clamp hanger (see 7.4.1, 2001 version 6);

--- Modify the inspection rules of the hanger (see 8, 2001 version 7);

--- Modified flag content (see 9.1, 2001 version 8.1).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classifications and markings, materials, requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for hanging hangers for hanging glass curtain walls.

Product assurance information, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to support hangers in gravity-suspended glass curtain walls.
