Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces the JG/T 116-1999.

This standard is the revision of JG/T 116-1999 "polycarbonate (PC) hollow plate", compared with the JG/T 116-1999 main technical changes as follows.

--- Increased drop hammer impact (perforated characteristics) of the determination;

--- Increased the haze, weatherability requirements;

--- Increased the haze, the definition of the term yellow index;

--- Increased the Poisson's ratio of polycarbonate raw materials;

--- Increased shading coefficient, sound insulation performance, bearing capacity requirements;

--- Modify the model representation;

--- Modify the size deviation requirements;

--- Modify the requirements of light transmittance;

--- Modify the product classification.

This standard uses the redrafted law, modify the use of ISO 11963.:1995 "Polycarbonate sheet type, size and characteristics," and the main technical differences of ISO 11963.:1995 are as follows.

--- Increased size measurement methods, part of the test methods used by the national standards;

--- Increased product classification and identification;

--- Increased drop hammer impact (perforated characteristics) of the determination;

--- Increased linear expansion coefficient determination method;

--- Increased the haze, weatherability requirements;

--- Increased the Poisson's ratio of polycarbonate raw materials;

--- Increased shading coefficient, sound insulation performance, bearing capacity requirements;

--- Modify the size deviation requirements;

--- Modify the light transmittance requirements.

This standard proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Standard and Design Institute.

This standard by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Construction Building Components Standardization Technical Committee centralized.
