JC/T 2930-2026 specifies the classification, materials, strength grades, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transport and storage of alkali-activated slag binder. It applies to alkali-activated slag binder as a cementitious material.

The document is of use to manufacturers of alkali-activated slag binder, to construction and concrete companies that buy and use it, and to testing laboratories and inspection bodies that verify its quality on delivery. Its code carries the letter T, so it is a voluntary (recommended) standard and not a mandatory one. It was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 18 March 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It does not replace an earlier edition.
