1 Foreword

JB/T 9931.2-2011 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 18 May 2011 and has been in force since 1 August 2011.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9931.2-1999.

It is one of 6 parts of the JB/T 9931 series.

2 Scope

This standard is the second part of a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on the horizontal hack sawing machine, and it covers accuracy testing. The part states the geometric accuracy and working accuracy requirements for the horizontal hack sawing machine and the test methods for them. It applies to machines whose maximum sawing diameter runs from 160 mm to 400 mm, and machines sawing below 160 mm or above 400 mm may follow the part for reference. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued it. Its Chinese classification is J57 and its international classification 25.080.60. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 6080.1, GB/T 17421.1-1998 and JB/T 9931.1.
