JB/T 9907.2-2014 was issued by MIIT on 6 May 2014 and has been in force since 1 October 2014.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9907.2-2000.

It is one of 5 parts of the JB/T 9907 series.

2 Scope

JB/T 9907.2-2014 is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that holds the specifications for double disc surface grinding machines. It states the manufacturing and inspection requirements for grinders of this family. Its scope takes in horizontal-spindle machines with wheels of 250 mm to 900 mm outside diameter and vertical-spindle machines with wheels of 400 mm to 750 mm. It quotes JB/T 9907.3 and JB/T 9907.4 and with GB/T 1031, GB 5226.1, GB/T 9061, GB 15760, GB/T 16769, GB/T 23572, GB/T 25372, GB/T 25373, GB/T 25374, GB/T 25376 and JB 4029. It replaces JB/T 9907.2-2000. Issued on 6 May 2014, it has applied since 1 October 2014.
