JB/T 9759-2011 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 15 August 2011 and has been in force since 1 November 2011.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9759-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on the torsional vibration of the shaft systems of generating sets driven by internal combustion engines. It gives the terms and definitions, the calculation of torsional vibration, its measurement and the permissible limits.
