JB/T 9713-2013 was issued by MIIT on 25 April 2013 and has been in force since 1 September 2013.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9713-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for wet copper-based friction discs used on construction machinery. It states the requirements these discs must meet and the test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage that go with them. The discs it covers are those fitted to machines such as loaders, bulldozers, forklifts, scrapers, graders and excavators.
