JB/T 9662-2011 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for closed insulated busbar trunking systems. It covers the terms and definitions, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage. It applies to busways with a rated voltage not exceeding 1 000 V, 1 140 V included, at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, installed in residential, commercial, public, agricultural and industrial buildings, to lighting busbar systems fed through tap-off units, and to busbar systems used with communication or control systems. Self-contained components fitted into a busway, such as circuit breakers, follow their own standards. It supersedes JB/T 9662-1999 and cites GB 4208-2008, GB 7251.1-2005, GB 7251.2-2006 and JB/T 3085.
